Applicant is requesting a 5 foot height waiver to accommodate current
building design and construction standards for a 3‐story building.
Current LDR standards do not accommodate a 3‐story building; thus a 2‐
story building was used for the initial calculation.
Applicant is requesting the noted FAR for the respective zoning districts
to accommodate existing, planned, and future development.
AIR‐I site area has been corrected to include the 2.83 acres associated
with the geothermal well field.
