The BETA Technologies (BETA) Master Plan application (MP-21-02) for BETA’s proposed Core Technology Campus for the continued development and expansion of its core business operations in South Burlington at the Burlington International Airport has received a court remand making the application approved on March 23rd, 2022 active again. While not a new application, the entire master plan must meet all the new requirements of the latest Land Development Regulations (adopted May 2nd, 2022) including those in section 15.B.04. BETA has reorganized and modified the submission in a manner that addresses the newer submission requirements and submitted these for your consideration.
