Dear Marla,
In response to your email of 1/13/23 regarding the Sketch Plan application package we offer the following:
The application form has been edited to specify the anticipated approximate schedule of the
phases.
Wagner Hodgson’s drawings have been edited to include the north arrows, correct discrepancies
and re‐plotted to reduce the file size.
The Micro Apartments have been assigned a phase description (Phase 4).
We have revised the project narrative wording concerning the recreation path to indicate that the
path proposed along Reel Road to the southern property line is new and not an extension of an
existing path.
River Corridors, Wetlands and the Traffic Overlay have been added or clarified on the Overall
Sketch Plan. There are no flood plains in this PUD.
The Urban Design Overlay was previously mentioned in the application form.
We have been relying on orthophotography to show much of the existing features of the PUD.
Only portions of the PUD have recent survey information.
The contours have been enhanced, clarified, and labelled on the Overall Sketch Plan.
