This is a conversion of commercial space to some apartments. Issues that are apparent to us are zoning related and FD interior related (FD, let me know if you’d like me to steer them to you). This is a site plan application so this will be the Board’s only review of the project. Please provide comments by no later than Monday November 28. Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consumption. Project Description Site plan application #SP-22-039 of David Hauke to amend a previously approved site plan for a 21,420 sq. ft. mixed use building.
