Dear Betsy,
Please find attached our application for Zoning Permits for the construction of 9 duplexes (18 unites) on
Lot 11 of South Village Communities. This application includes units 28, 30, 40, 42, 52, 54, 64, 66, 76, 78
Farm Way and 19, 21, 31, 33, 43, 45, 53, 55 North Jefferson Road. Building floor areas for each unit are
identical with reconfigured floorplans based on entry points.
We have previously submitted for Zoning Permits for the units at 16 Farm Way & 137 Allen Road East
(ZP-22-453) and 13 Jefferson Road & 177 Allen Road East (ZP-22-454). ZP-22-453 previously stated that
both units would be market rate, however, we are requesting that unit 137 Allen Road East be made
affordable, to provide an equal number of affordable units to market rate units per the requirements of
SD-21-02A. See the breakdown of affordable and market rate units below:
