2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT ALL UTILITIES BEFORE EXCAVATION TO VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ANY
UNDERGROUND LINES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY "DIGSAFE" AT 811 PRIOR TO ANY EXCAVATION. THE
