Please use proper judgment and caution when opening attachments, clicking links, or responding to this email. Hi Marla – The following condition was anticipated: The non-residential spaces adjacent to the pocket plaza not fronting on Market Street may not be leased for residential use, or uses supporting a residential use, for a period of more than 3 years, and the initial three year lease may only be renewed in one-year increments thereafter. Note that I added the underlined portion, rather than refer to unit numbers. Regarding the elevator – While the elevator does not go to the roof, the top of the elevator shaft does project above the rooftop about 4 feet – see the building elevation drawings. This elevator projection is typically wrapped with the roof membrane material. If visible, the sides of the elevator projection will be covered with cementitious siding. For each of the three buildings, the elevator is located within the rear half of the building. The parapet height of 2’ to 8’ will screen the elevator projection as shown on the Solar Zone and Rooftop Visibility exhibits. The elevator projections are included in the model for each of the Rooftop Visibility exhibits. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Regarding the commercial spaces, can you please confirm that the proposed condition (under “comments of the planning department” in the comment and response document) is consistent with what we agreed to? Can you please confirm there are no elevator shafts that protrude above the top of the building? I’m seeing note (or maybe section callout?) A11 on the solar zone and RTU exhibit.
