This amendment is to create single-family lots #67-82 and #87-100, to create an open
space lot within the Russet Road greenspace area to be dedicated to the HOA, and to
request the change in watermain material to PVC pipe from the approved Ductile Iron.
Previously approved 291 unit PUD (#SD-18-28) in two phases. Phase 1 has been
constructed. Phase 2 totals 142 units consisting of 66 single family lots and 76 footprint
lots.
