Hi Dalila –
Per our telephone conversation this morning, please find attached a copy of the email
correspondence with Justin Rabidoux on 10/26/2021 regarding the additional allocation request and
the signed preliminary approval. Also attached is a copy of the cover letter for the allocation fee
payment that was hand delivered to the Public Works Department on 12/15/2021. This was
submitted directly to the Public Works Department based on conversations with Justin Rabidoux.
It is our understanding that you will be reaching out to the applicant to discuss your concerns with
the food truck operation on the property.
