Re: 469 Lime Kiln Road Request for Additional Wastewater Allocation Dear Mr. Rabidoux: Please find attached a completed Application for Wastewater Allocation for the property located at 469 Lime Kiln Road in South Burlington. This existing property and its two buildings are currently served by municipal sewer with an existing allocation of 81 gallons per day accordingly to existing State permit
#WW-4-1559. The applicant is seeking approval for additional allocation related to the food truck operation on the property. The food truck is used for food preparation, cooking, and dish washing. In addition, the existing building on the property will be used for packaging food for takeout and delivery.
Also attached is a breakdown of the existing and proposed wastewater demand for the property. An additional 90 gallons per day of wastewater allocation is being requested to serve the property. Please confirm applicable allocation fees and we will coordinate with the applicant on the submission of payment.
