Dear Deb,
This letter is to confirm that the property on which the above listed facility is located is presently
connected to the city’s water and wastewater system.
Based on the information you have provided us, no additional wastewater capacity allocation is
necessary. Your information includes:
The addition does not warrant additional flow increase based on the EPR criteria.
The current water usage is 457 gpd times 80 percent reduction for connection to
municipal system equals 366 gpd for wastewater flow.
Floor drains are connected to the municipal system via an oil/grit separator at the rear of
the building as shown on the site plan approved plans
Hand car washing occurs for new cars
The applicant anticipates 25 employees at the Audi dealership
Please note that any proposed increases in wastewater flows, as determined by State regulations,
will require a permit for allocation from the City.
