Dear Tom,
This letter is to confirm that the property on which the above listed facility is located is presently
connected to the city’s water and wastewater system.
Based on the information you have provided, the current approved maximum wastewater usage under
State Permit No. WW-4-4680-1 is 9,580 gallons per day (gpd) allocated to the following uses: five (5)
one-bedroom residential units and a restaurant use of 296 seats (2 meals/day). The proposed
wastewater flow will be revised to reflect the already approved residential and restaurant uses with the
addition of a hair salon use. The City has the capacity to continue to serve the proposed revised uses at
this site.
Please note that any proposed increases in wastewater flows, as determined by State regulations, will
require a permit for allocation from the City.
