1. Additional landscaping Berm / privacy mound
3’8” high x 3’ wide x +/- 40’ berm with vegetation on top & sides to allow for residential privacy
and to help maintain the property “parklet” as private for residential use. 19 cu. yards
2. Bilco door access to crawl space basement. Only for service use. 3’ x 4’
3. Recycle bin and trash container on site dumped weekly.
4. (2) snow deposit areas in winter.
5. New stair system to Building B. The old stair had same landing in same location, but the old
stairs deposited people in the middle of the parking lot. New stairs parallel the building.
6. New stair system to Building A. The old stairs were in the same landing location, but the old
stairs again deposited people in the middle of the parking lot. Now it parallels the building.
NOTES – the staircases are in the same location as previous only directionally changed.
7. Parklet area 40’ x 30’ grass area combined with a stone safety area for grilling out. Picnic tables
and benches on site. The doors / stairs are adjacent to the parklet area off the concrete
walkways with a created path. The distance to parklet from concrete edge is +/- 36’ away. Item

8. Mailbox location. 13 mailboxes wall mounted to the building A. Bolted to block wall
9. Indoor locked, long term bike storage with access code to tenants. Wall mounted bike storage.
The indoor bike storage space is +/- 160sf. With a private door.
10. Outdoor bike storage area ( short term ) with 2 bolted ‘U” bike brackets to aid in theft
prevention.
11. Power Meters on side of building. Underground wiring to back building B.
12. New planted lawn spring of 2023. Back of building B.
13. Parking spaces are the same as prior or have increased due to the stair layout. We have a min.
of 13 available spaces at 9’ x 18’ .
