This project is for a proposed 2 lot subdivision of the 27.8 acre Lot 1 at the Meadowland Business Park. The proposed creation of a 6.2

acre parcel (Lot 1-F) at the south end of Lot 1 is designed to host Booska Worldwide Movers.

No current uses, the project is located in the Meadowland Business Park.

The proposed subdivision will create a 6.2 acre parcel and is proposing to construct a 25,560sf building for

Lot 1 is proposed to have have easements in favor of the new parcel to access the water service along Meadowlands Drive. An existing pedestrian easement
is in place for a future rec path is at the south side of the site. Lot 1 has existing easements for drainage rights that are proposed to be relocated to the west as part of this project.
