This project is for a proposed 2 lot subdivision of the 27.8 acre Lot 1 at the Meadowland Business Park. The proposed creation of a 6.2

acre parcel (Lot 1-F) at the south end of Lot 1 is designed to host Booska Worldwide Movers

No current uses, the project is located in the Meadowland Business Park.

The proposed subdivision will create a 6.2 acre parcel and is proposing to construct a 25,560sf building for
a commercial moving businesss to move into.

Lot 1 is proposed to have have easements in favor of the new parcel to access the water service along Meadowlands Drive. An existing pedestrian easement
is in place for a future rec path is at the south side of the Site. Lot 1 has existing easements for drainage rights that are proposed to be relocated to the west as part of this project.

11) PROPOSED EXTENSION, RELOCATION, OR MODIFICATION OF MUNICIPAL FACILITIES (sanitary sewer, water
supply, streets, storm drainage, etc.)
Modificaitons to stormwater permit, water supply permit is necessary for hydrant installation, water and sewer to
be connected to municipal services on Meadowlands Drive.

13) PLANS AND FEE
Plat plans shall be submitted which shows the information required by the City's Land Development Regulations.
Three (3) regular size copies, one reduced copy (11" x 17"), and one digital (PDF-format) copy of the plans must
be submitted. The application fee shall be paid to the City at the time of submitting the application. See the City
fee schedule for details.
NOTE: NOTIFICATION of ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS: Notification of adjoining property owners, in
accordance with 24 V.S.A. §4464(a) and Section 17,06(B) of the South Burlington Land Development
Regulations, is the responsibility of the applicant. After deeming an application complete, the Administrative
Officer will provide the applicant with a draft meeting agendas or public hearing notice and sample certificate of
service. The sworn certificate of service shall be returned to the City prior to the start of any public hearing.
