The original approval required a large amount of landscaping, and they’re proposing to remove much of it and put in a building. The revised plan attempts to replace some of the landscaping that is proposed to be removed. Do you have any concerns with the revised plan? I will handle guiding the Board in discussion of whether the removed landscaping is adequately replaced. Revised landscaping plan and originally approved plans are attached. This is a relatively straightforward expansion of an existing building and use. This is a site plan application so this will be the Board’s only review of the project.
