I prepared and provided the attached Technical Review Sheet to Scott and Andrew on October 29. I invited them to go
over the specifics which we did in my office. Scott took my markups, none of which were project altering, and is/has
incorporated the changes in plans you may have recently received. His response via email after our meeting was:
Hi Jay & Max,
Thank you again for meeting yesterday to review the Eastview plans. I thought it went great and everything
was very easy to resolve. I thought it was worth having you take a quick look at the revised sheet D4. This has
the PVC Gate valve detail with the separate box for the tracer wire, and the added PVC Pipe Specifications. Let
me know if you have any thoughts.

He included an updated Detail Sheet per our request and it met with our satisfaction. I have not modified the attached
Technical Review Comments pending a quick final review of his corrections.

Hey Jay, I don’t think I’ve received any comments from you on SD-22-10, the final plat, at all, in this or previous rounds
of review? I see your comments on preliminary plat were pretty straightforward, and you’ve issued a water allocation
(both attached). Does that mean you’re all set with this project? I’ve just gotten to the water utility section of my
report.

All superseded materials have been moved to the sub-folder “NOLF-SSD,” while files in the main folder (and “plans” sub-
folder) are all current.
The (short by O’Brien standards) narrative accompanying this revised submission is attached and in the main project
folder.
Please review and provide your final comments by Friday November 4.

My intention is for Jay to use this folder since he doesn’t have access to the network but others are welcome to use it
read-only as well.

Hey folks,
Just a heads up that we’re expecting a complete package of revised materials for O’Brien Eastview on October 25, which
attempts to address all the comments from you and from the Board. I’ll turn the materials around to you as quickly as I
am able (hopefully that day). Please set aside time to review and provide your final feedback (hopefully saying all is
satisfactory) by Friday November 4; my report is due the Wednesday after.
They usually prepare a lengthy cover memo going through everything line by line, and they’re already up to 217
attachments (including both documents and plans) so please plan accordingly.
