Noticed that names for two Roads are missing, Lot 24 and Lot 16-15 through 16-19. As we are building out our data for a switch over to a new RMS it would be helpful to have these identified. Good Evening Paul, Attached please find a municipal impact questionnaire pertaining to the City’s ability to serve the Eastview project consisting of 155 single-family, duplex and triplex dwellings, as outlined in the attached site plan, referenced on the questionnaire. As you know, this project is currently before the City for Final Plat. We hope to file Act 250 in a few weeks and this questionnaire is a necessary part of that application. If you could please complete this and send it back in the next 2 weeks it will be much appreciated.
