Good Morning Paul,
As long as we have adequate road width for emergency access, apparatus placement, and adequate water pressure and
volume, no issues for FD. Noticed that names for two Roads are missing, Lot 24 and Lot 16-15 through 16-19. As we are
building out our data for a switch over to a new RMS it would be helpful to have these identified.

Attached please find a municipal impact questionnaire pertaining to the City’s ability to serve the Eastview project
consisting of 155 single-family, duplex and triplex dwellings, as outlined in the attached site plan, referenced on the
questionnaire. As you know, this project is currently before the City for Final Plat. We hope to file Act 250 in a few
weeks and this questionnaire is a necessary part of that application. If you could please complete this and send it back
in the next 2 weeks it will be much appreciated. Please let me know if anything is missing or if you need any additional
information to complete this.
