On June 9th, we received feedback from the Planning and Zoning department regarding their review of that permit application for completeness. This feedback included the following: There are a few minor items we are unable to locate. Specifically, the airport approach cones do not appear to be overlaid on the zoning plan or any other proposed conditions plans, making it not possible to determine which proposed lots they apply to. There does not appear to be an existing tree plan. Below please find further detail on these two items, as well as information regarding supplemental exhibits provided here. 1. Airport Approach Cones: We have added the airport approach cone to Exhibit 124. A newelectronic exhibit is provided with this letter and can be supplemented for the prior plan. 2.Because of the size of the Eastview project, and as was the practice during the HillsideProject as well, we have not provided a plan showing individual trees or tree locations for the entire project. We also did not provide such a plan at the Preliminary Plat level. It is notpossible to log each tree location across 100 acres of land. Previously we had submitted anoverall aerial satellite photo with existing tree clusters highlighted. We had omitted that plan with this final plat, as existing tree clusters were included on EPSC plans. Also included onEPSC plans are individual trees where we are proposing to protect the trees per protectionmeasures submitted. Attached please find a new exhibit, Exhibit 213, which provides the aerial photography with existing tree locations highlighted, similar to what was provided andaccepted for this requirement at Preliminary Plat. Coupled with the EPSC plans, we hope thisprovides the information needed.
