Dear Paul,
On behalf of Target Real Estate, please find enclosed signed application form, fee, and plan, and
supporting materials for the above referenced project, which consists of removal of existing striping for 16
standard parking spaces and reconfiguring the striping into 12 drive-up parking spaces, each 9’x18’, with
four employee drive-up loading areas, each 4.5’ wide, installation of 12 wheel stops and a crosswalk from
the drive-up spaces to the existing sidewalk. The project also includes removal of the existing Target
drive-up pavement striping and convert back to standard parking spaces.
