Subject: SP-22-050 112 Garden St amendment
Hi Ed, Snyder Braverman has submitted a site plan amendment to add 5,000 sf of daycare use to the previously-
approved building at 112 Garden Street. In the pre-application meeting, they indicated they would put mountable curb
where needed, but I don’t see it called out on any of their plan sheets. Do you have any locations you’d like them to add
mountable curb or other comments on the revised submission? I’ve attached a plan showing the old and new plans
overlaid, as well as their turning template sheet and the general civil and utility drawings.
