Smith, Chair; S. Magowan, M. Boucher, S. Dooley, M. Emery Also Present: D. Gravelin, Assistant City Manager; B. Cimonetti 1. Conduct Second Public Hearing on Comprehensive City Charter Amendments: Mr. Smith opened the public hearing. Members discussed the scheduling of budget workshops so they don't fall during the holiday season. Mr. Cimonetti suggested doing them earlier in December. Others suggested as early as October or November. Mr. Gravelin said this would require accelerating the budget preparation process. No other issues were raised. Mr. Boucher moved to close the public hearing. Mr. Magowan seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
