SUBJECT: Reduction of Landscaping & Artwork Escrow Agreement for Project #SD-18-13 &
SP-20-030
The applicant’s request for the reduction of the above-listed has been reviewed for the following
project: Dover Place, 324 Garden Street.
The original amount of the surety was: $ 72,500.00
Based on our review, the applicant has fulfilled the requirements of the Artwork Condition of the
above said approval. The amount put in escrow for the Artwork was: $ 54,210.00
After this reduction the amount of the surety will be: $ 18,290.00
Please review and sign the enclosed letter authorizing the financial institution to reduce the escrow
amount to the amount listed therein.
