Members Present: Jin Condos, Chair; Steve Magowan, Dan O’Rourke Others Present: Chuck Hafter, City Manager; Juli Hines, Director of Planning and Zoning 1. Consideration of approval of Resolution of Council Support for Municipal Planning Grant for South-east Quadrant Study. Jim Condos opened the meeting. No public was present to comment on the Resolution. This was the same resolution the Council had previously endorsed in May, 2004. Dan O’Rourke moved approval of the Resolution and authorized the Council Chair to sign on behalf of the Council. Steve Magowan seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 2.
