Draft Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, August 9, 2022
Members Present: Betty Milizia (Chair), Muriel More, Linda Chiasson, Robyn Birgisson, Molly Joy (Clerk)
Staff Liaison: Holly Rees (Recreation Director)
Public: Barbara Sirvis, Dan Albrecht
1. Adopt Agenda:
Betty made motion to change agenda to limit comments from the public and Linda seconded.
2. Public Comments (Unrelated to the Agenda):
Dan Albrecht has been waiting for Farrell Dog Park improvements, particularly for those who don’t have
big yards. Dan feels the Farrell Dog Park continues to be ignored by the City and there continues to be
excuses made by the City (i.e., COVID, Justin Rabidoux leaving, etc.). Dan requested that the Committee go
before City Council to express the public’s concerns.
3. Future Meetings
Betty made a motion to recess as two members of the Committee were not available for the meeting.
Molly seconded. Committee rescheduled next meeting to August 17th at 6PM.

Tuesday, October 11th, 6 – 7:30 PM
Tuesday, November 8th, 6 – 7:30 PM
