Minutes
A public information meeting for Site Plan review application #SP-22-033 was held on July 25, 2022 from
6:00 – 6:45 PM in the Digital Lab of the South Burlington Library (180 Market Street).
The following persons representing the applicant were present:
Ken Braverman – Snyder-Braverman Development Company, LLC
Andrew Rowe – Snyder Group, Inc.
The following members of the public were present:

Meeting summary:
The civil design plans, landscape plans, and architectural plans were made available for review. Ken
Braverman provided an overview of the project, describing the location of the proposed building within
City Center and the scope of the proposed building and site improvements. Ken reviewed the general
architecture of the proposed building. There was general discussion regarding the affordability of
housing in the City. The cost of the dwelling units in the proposed building has not yet been
determined.
The Carons inquired about the future construction of townhome style housing. While not proposed
with this application, there is the potential for the future construction of townhome style housing within
the City Center.
Public Input:
The Carons were interested in learning about the proposed project. They did not provide any specific
comments or suggestions requiring changes to the application.
