If they plant that close they will have to shear them back at least annually but if they’re required to screen the gas
meters they don’t have a lot of options.

Subject: gas meter screening
Hi Craig,
I feel like I’m being extra fussy here, but are they setting themselves up to fail with putting these shrubs right on the
property line and right on the gas meters? They’re required to screen them, but it feels like in order to access the
meter, they’d have to remove the shrubs as designed. Originally they had them farther out but I told them they had to
keep them on their own property or involve the adjoining property owner.
