The area of the mezzanine (south of grid ‘g’, excluding stairs, elevators and open to below) is 4,994sf
The Overall Penthouse Level is 5,693sf

Thanks for sending along. Marla is out for the next week and a half and I am out for the next week or so. We’ll circle up
when we’re both back and have this at the top of our list to respond to you.
In the meantime, can you maybe help us out with a couple of calculations:
- Gross SF you are now calling the “mezzanine”
- Gross SF that would be “six stories”
Anything else that you’d like to provide to support your request for the one apartment to be retained.

Good Afternoon Paul and Marla,
Thank you for the call last week to review your concerns regarding the units on the second floor.
Our intent for the Second Floor is to eliminate one of the units on the east side and turn that into Tenant Laundry and
Storage, the space on the west side would be an apartment lobby and tenant fitness center, the fitness center could
have windows overlooking the space below. See programming sketch below (ignore the graphics under the color
blocks).
The dashed red line is the extents of the sixth floor / penthouse level, only a portion of one unit is under the sixth floor
so we are requesting that unit remain.
I am around most of the week if you would like to discuss further.
