In the meantime, can you maybe help us out with a couple of calculations: - Gross SF you are now calling the “mezzanine” - Gross SF that would be “six stories” Anything else that you’d like to provide to support your request for the one apartment to be retained. Our intent for the Second Floor is to eliminate one of the units on the east side and turn that into Tenant Laundry and Storage, the space on the west side would be an apartment lobby and tenant fitness center, the fitness center could have windows overlooking the space below. See programming sketch below (ignore the graphics under the color blocks). The dashed red line is the extents of the sixth floor / penthouse level, only a portion of one unit is under the sixth floor so we are requesting that unit remain.
