Magowan Also present: Chuck Hafter, City Manager, Denis Gravelin, Assistant City Manager; Bruce Hoar, Jim Dunn, Peter Ladensack, Dan Parot 1. Mr. Magowan moved to enter executive session to hear a personnel step 3 grievance. Mr. Smith seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 2. The Council returned to regular session.
