Members present: Jim Condos, Council Chair; Terry Sheahan, Chris Smith, Dan O'Rourke, Steve Magowan Also present: Charles Hafter, City Manager; Peter Bestenbostel, Assistant City Manager 1. Approval of payment in lieu of taxes agreement with South Burlington Community Housing: Terry Sheahan moved the approval of a payment in lieu of taxes agreement between South Burlington and South Burlington Community Housing for a ten-unit mobility impaired affordable housing project on Williston Road. Chris Smith seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 2. Executive session: Chris Smith moved to enter executive session to discuss contract negotiations. Terry Sheahan seconded. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Adjournment: Council returned from executive session. Chris Smith moved adjournment. Steve Magowan seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
