Hi Betsy,
Per our conversation, I’m writing to request authorization to release escrow funds to our customer, Robert Berman
LLC. The funds are being held under a landscaping escrow agreement from 2019 pertaining to an office expansion at 35
Green Mountain Drive (see partially signed agreement attached).
I also attached a copy of the most recent escrow account statement reflecting the current balance of $9,505.43.
Thanks for your help and please let me know if anything further is needed!
