Summary of Revisions. • The building exterior elevations and renderings were changed to modify the size of the air intakes for the room air conditioners. • The approved version had smaller grilles. The change has been prompted by the actual equipment specified by the successful mechanical contractor. These elements will be painted to match the surrounding material. • Two pieces of rooftop mechanical equipment are being shown on the plans and elevations. This equipment provides make up air to the occupied spaces. The elevation of the equipment complies with the maximum height permitted by the DRB. • The site plan has been modified to eliminate a previously approved diesel generator and a cooling tower that shared a pad adjacent to the existing garage. The previous pad location is now shown as lawn space. Two pieces of rooftop mechanical equipment are being shown on the plans and elevations. (They exist in the  rendered models but do not show in the views selected.)  This equipment provides make up air to the occupied spaces. The elevation of the equipment complies with the  maximum height permitted by the DRB    3.
