Dear Marla Keene,
On behalf of the BTV Hotel, LLC Stantec is requesting to add one additional hotel room to the site plan administrative
application submitted on April 8th, 2022 to amend previous decision SD-20-22. This increases the number of hotel rooms from 118 to 119. There is no anticipated increase in trips. The calculated wastewater and water flows increase from
14,780 GPD to 14,890 GPD. Revised floor plans will be provided to show the additional room when plans are submitted
for the zoning permit application.
