Please find attached an administrative site plan application and zoning permit application for the addition of a proposed
fuel tank to Heritage Aviation’s existing fuel farm at the Burlington International Airport. I understand that you have
coordinated with Chris Williams regarding the project to determine the appropriate application type and process.
Fees for both the administrative site plan amendment and zoning permit will be paid shortly in the amounts shown on the
cover letter. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process the applications.
