Subject: FW: SP-22-024 430 daVinci Drive - technical review
Hi Tom, Terry,
This application will be reviewed by the Board at the June 21 DRB hearing. This is a very straightforward application
from P&Zs perspective, its simply to host a food truck night on the regular at the UMall, but our regulations require
hearing as a conditional use. I suspect you will have more comments on it than we do, if any. Please provide comments
by no later than Friday June 10.
Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your
response for public consumption.
Project Description
Site plan application #SP-22-021 and conditional use application #CU-22-04 of El Gato Cantina to amend a previously
approved Planned Unit Development for a 705,335 sf shopping center complex. The amendment consists of adding
seasonal mobile food unit as a use and designating an area for seasonal mobile food unit operations, 155 Dorset Street.
