Thank you Greg, we are satisfied that the interior parking lot landscaping standard is met. We don’t necessarily agree
with your exact lines but the alternative we considered have a similar result.

Attached is the revised parking calculation worksheet per our conversation at the meeting. The current layout
exceeds the City requirement by my calculations and illustrated on this plan. Please let me know if there is
anything more you need.

other project, it has to stand on its own and I have not been directly involved with the other project so I need to
understand what is being proposed. It also helps future title searchers know what took place when they look
through the public records.

You need to think of this as two separate projects at this point and treat them accordingly.

Hey Jeff,
I just reached out to Marla via email and phone. The plans were sent on Thursday and are in her email. I
am attaching them again to this email train and have included Dalila Hall as she will be the one reviewing
the submission. Marla and Dalila, please reach out to me if there is anything more you need.
I did not feel a cover page was needed as the description in the application outlines that this permit is
being applied for to perform work with the Project in 1459. This is what we discussed on the phone. C-0.00
and C-1.00 have been revised to include more information on 1475 Shelburne Road. These two plans can
be included with the Permit Jeff dropped off yesterday.
