Re: 1475 Shelburne Road – Site Modifications
Dear Dalila,
Please see the application submitted on March 31, 2022 and accompanying plans submitted via email. I forwarded
the plans to you again on April 1, 2022 with an additional calculation plan per request. Reperio Properties, LLC will
perform minor site plan renovations to facilitate connecting 1475 and 1459 Shelburne Road. Reperio is creating an
Infant Care Center on 1459 Shelburne which will be part of the Homestead School campus. These two properties
will act as one commercial entity and some of the properties civil infrastructure will be shared. Revisions to this
parcel include the following.
Revisions to parking lot, specifically the back of the parking lot
Moving the bike parking to be co-located with the bike parking on 1459 Shelburne
Revisions to the playground area to match grades, we will replace all areas removed with pervious cross
section
Grading to create a combined stormwater system which will be located on 1459 Shelburne which has
been reviewed and approved by Dave Wheeler and City Stormwater Department.
Landscaping, fence, and misc. updates to give the two parcels a campus feel
