Dalila,
Taxus densiformis probably isn’t the best species selection but it matches what is already existing so I’d be OK with it. It
looks like the area where they’re planting Witch Hazel is all old parking lot so they will have to reduce compaction and
either replace or amend the soil to make it suitable for planting. I haven’t seen recent prices for nursery stock but $1000
planted cost seems like it might be high.

Subject: 1717 Williston Road - addition
Hi Craig:
They want to put on an addition which means they need to add $11,000 in landscaping, they miscalculated the value,
but are you OK with the species proposed? Would you want them add one more Witchhazel tree and a few more yew
shrubs or should they mix it up with different species?
Also next Wednesday is my last day, I have enjoyed working with you and appreciate all your assistance during my time
here. I wish you all the best in the years to come.
Thank you, Dalila
