It is understood that the development has deviated from the plans included in the 7736-INDS Stormwater Permit application, but any future development on Lot N will need to ensure that adequate stormwater treatment is provided in accordance with the City’s LDRs. Please use proper judgment and caution when opening attachments, clicking links, or responding to this email. Hi Tom, Dave, I’m only sending this to you and to Ilona because they’re not proposing any development with this subdivision of land. We have some serious concerns about the compatibility of the proposed subdivision with the approved development program for City Center, but from your perspective, what else should we be thinking about? This is a sketch plan application to subdivide off the lands of the stormwater pond from the remainder of Lot “L.” They’ve been required to show a conceptual development plan, which has some definite flaws. I’m starting into my staff report on this today or tomorrow. If you could get me your comments by the end of this week that would be great. If you’d like to talk it over, lets schedule a time for all 3 of us rather than having multiple phone calls. \\city-adserver\apps\USERS\Planning & Zoning\Development Review Board\Applications\2022\SD-22-06_0 Market St_SBCC_SK_2022-04-05 Marla Keene, PE Development Review Planner City of South Burlington 180 Market Street South Burlington, VT 05403 (802) 846-4106 www.southburlingtonvt.gov Notice - Under Vermont’s Public Records Act, all e-mail, e-mail attachments as well as paper copies of documents received or prepared for use in matters concerning City business, concerning a City official or staff, or containing information relating to City business are likely to be regarded as public records which may be inspected by any person upon request, unless otherwise made confidential by law.
