Hi Marla,
The Potential Future Site Development plan submitted with this package shows the removal of Bioretention #2 from the
overall stormwater management plan for City Center. It is understood that the development has deviated from the plans
included in the 7736-INDS Stormwater Permit application, but any future development on Lot N will need to ensure that
adequate stormwater treatment is provided in accordance with the City’s LDRs.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Tom, Dave,
I’m only sending this to you and to Ilona because they’re not proposing any development with this subdivision of
land. We have some serious concerns about the compatibility of the proposed subdivision with the approved
development program for City Center, but from your perspective, what else should we be thinking about?
This is a sketch plan application to subdivide off the lands of the stormwater pond from the remainder of Lot
“L.” They’ve been required to show a conceptual development plan, which has some definite flaws.
I’m starting into my staff report on this today or tomorrow. If you could get me your comments by the end of this week
that would be great. If you’d like to talk it over, lets schedule a time for all 3 of us rather than having multiple phone
calls.
