Hi Marla, That is correct. They inspected all of the piping/plumbing and determined that the roof does not tie into the sewer, therefore they are not moving the discharge point from the sewer to the stormwater system. My understanding is that the project will impact less than 5,000 sf of impervious surface. For what it’s worth, the is an approved plan on the adjacent lot that will provide stormwater treatment for this lot in the future, once constructed. Some of this might be redundant, but since it had been a while since the DRB saw this material and I wasn’t quite sure what was appropriately submitted for the 3/2/22 meeting, I included it all here. The “Supplemental App Cover 5-2-22” should summarize it all. Also, I forwarded the drainage assessment materials directly to Dave Wheeler already, and he has confirmed our assessment that project is below the regulatory threshold.
