Hi Marla,
That is correct. They inspected all of the piping/plumbing and determined that the roof does not tie into the sewer,
therefore they are not moving the discharge point from the sewer to the stormwater system. My understanding is that
the project will impact less than 5,000 sf of impervious surface.
For what it’s worth, the is an approved plan on the adjacent lot that will provide stormwater treatment for this lot in the
future, once constructed.

Hi Marla/Dalila,
Please find attached a zip folder containing a cover letter, along the revised and supplemental material for our 5/17 DRB
meeting. Some of this might be redundant, but since it had been a while since the DRB saw this material and I wasn’t
quite sure what was appropriately submitted for the 3/2/22 meeting, I included it all here. The “Supplemental App
Cover 5-2-22” should summarize it all.
Also, I forwarded the drainage assessment materials directly to Dave Wheeler already, and he has confirmed our
assessment that project is below the regulatory threshold. But I’m sure he will provide this to you as part of his review.

My apologies. We were waiting a while on the architectural revisions, then the landscaping. But we can
get you a complete revised submission package by the end of today, along with a narrative cover letter,

if it will allow us to stay on the 4/19 agenda. I believe most, if not all, of the issues raised will have been
addressed to the DRB’s satisfaction.

Hi Jeff, following up on my voice message from last week. On 3/2, the Board continued the hearing for
the above-referenced application to address issues that they identified during that hearing. I believe it
was mentioned on 3/2 that we need all revised materials no later than 2 weeks before the continued
hearing in order to review them and prepare a staff report. At this time, I don’t believe I’ve received
anything from you. My reports for 4/19 will be published Wednesday this week. Can you please let me
know where things stand?
