We would like to offer the following comment: 1. The property has greater than one-half acre of impervious surface and the applicant is proposing to redevelop or substantially reconstruct an area greater than 5,000 sf – including the rooftop, which previously discharged to the wastewater system and is now discharging to the stormwater outfall – and will therefore need to comply with §12.03 of the City’s Land Development Regulations. Project Description Site plan application #SP-22-003 of RHTL Partners, LLC to modify a previously approved plan for a 10,000 sf automotive sales, service and repair building on an existing 2.61 acre lot.
