Project Description
Site plan application #SP-22-003 of RHTL Partners, LLC to modify a previously approved plan for a 10,000 sf automotive
sales, service and repair building on an existing 2.61 acre lot. The amendment consists of constructing a 3,155 sf
building expansion, 1795 Shelburne Road.

This is a fairly straightforward building expansion, but has some landscaping and stormwater elements.
