David,

We have reviewed the materials submitted in conjunction with the above-referenced applications and note the
following are required in order to be considered complete and eligible for scheduling. Let me know if you have
questions.
Application Requirement Project-Specific Notes
Completed application form; one (1) digital
copy of plans; and a list of the owners or
record of abutting property owners
Plans are required to be submitted as
individual sheets and contain the sheet
number and date in the file name (additional
information, such as plan name, may also be
included in the file name as desired)These are
individually attached , named as requested.
The location of any outdoor storage for
equipment and materials if any, and the
location, type and design of all solid waste-
related facilities, including dumpsters and
recycling bins.
This may be included but is not
labeled. Waste disposal areas must be fully
enclosed; if they are not today, this must be
part of the proposed work. The existing
dumpster enclosure on 55 GMD is depicted in
the attached photo (fully enclosable) and is
now called out on Sheet C1.0
Detailed specifications and locations of
planting, landscaping, screening, and/or
buffering materials.
You mention removal of one tree in your
narrative. All plantings are required to be
retained and if removed, must be
replaced. Plans must show existing
vegetation to verify compliance with
approved plan. Well, the LDR’s call for all
trees 6” and greater to be shown on the
plan. We did not remove any trees >6”. It
was not clear from the last City approval that
there were any trees on the north side of the
property which were “regulated” trees
required as part of the previous site plan
approvals or whether these trees had been
subsequently established outside of that
process.
A list of existing vegetation, with the
location, type, and size of existing trees of six
inches or greater in caliper.
See above This information was shown and
labeled on the originally submitted site plans
in the area of the work.
A written plan to preserve and protect
significant existing vegetation during and
after construction. Such plan will be of
sufficient detail that the City of South
Burlington will be able to inspect the site
during construction to ensure that existing
vegetation is protected as per the plan.
This may be shown on EPSC. An EPSC Plan
has been created (Sheet C1.1) which depicts
the tree protection measures to be employed.
Detailed erosion control plan demonstrating
compliance with these regulations
An EPSC plan is required This is now
attached as Sheet C1.1. EPSC Details are on
Sheet C3.2 and was part of original plan
submittal
Proposed stormwater management system,
including (as applicable) location, supporting
design data and copies of computations used
In order to determine if stormwater
management is required, please confirm new
and disturbed impervious areas. The

additional impervious areas were previously
identified in the application forms as part of
the pre and post lot coverage totals.
