No issues for us as they will be sprinklered. I believe by 911 addressing the lane will need a name. They will need a
permit for the sprinkler but its free.
They should call us so that we can offer guidance. Last Single family home sprinkler job the folks paid way too much!

Hi Chief, I assume you’ve already seen this one. Any concerns? Road will be private and we’ve already told them homes
will need to be sprinklered. Homes will be served by private water and wastewater.
