If requested, the designer will provide the layout of the proposed wastewater disposal trench locations and elevations. 2.The contractor shall provide the designer with a sand sieve of the proposed mound sand. 3.The designer shall witness the following, prior to certifying the completion of the system: 3.1.The plowed surface (entire basal area) prior to the placement of mound sand. 3.2.The force main leakage and pressure test. 3.3.The orifice flow test. Piping must be exposed to verify 1 psi (minimum) at each orifice. 3.4.The septic tank effluent filter, installed. 3.5.The pretreatment systems installed (if applicable) 3.6.The pump specifications (if an alternate is proposed) and the pump, installed. 3.7.The pump station floats, and alarm panel installed. 3.8.The finished grading, seeded and mulched.
