rear portion of the lot.
By setting off this parcel as a bilkding lot, parcel can't
provide the minimum frontage of 0 feet.
Proposal would set-off a r t-of-way of 25 feet from Williston
Road to rear of lot.
Presently Williston bad frontage is occupied by a single
family dwelling Chappell Florist.
Frontage contains 147 feet.
Building in question is Old Helicopter Hangar to be used,,by
Montair Flight Service.
Facade sign to be located on rear of building - facing air
field - Free standing of 42 square feet is located on Airport
Drive.
Airport Manager advises no free standing signs allowed per
Airport Commission regulations.

Be advised that the South Purlington Zoning Board of Adjust—
ment has approved your request for a sign variance with the
following stipulations: 1. that both signs as presented to
the Poard be facades signs, the front sign be wall mounted at
right angles or flat on the bi:ilding; and 2. that it not be
illuminated.
Your sign on the Airport PT'ive side of the �«ilding shall
not exceed )+2 square feet and on the air field side shall
not exceed 30 square feet.
