Proposal would set-off a r t-of-way of 25 feet from Williston Road to rear of lot. Presently Williston bad frontage is occupied by a single family dwelling Chappell Florist. Frontage contains 147 feet. Building in question is Old Helicopter Hangar to be used,,by Montair Flight Service. Facade sign to be located on rear of building - facing air field - Free standing of 42 square feet is located on Airport Drive.
