Members Present Paul Farrar, Chairman, Mike Flaherty, Bill Cimonetti, Jim Condos, John Dinklage Others Present Chuck Hafter, City Manager Appointment to Zoning Board of Adjustment Paul Farrar reported that he had spoken with Steven Stitzel who feels that the employment of Nancy Sheahan as an attorney in his firm would not present a conflict of interest with the appointment of Terry Sheahan to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Mike Flaherty moved to appoint Terry Sheahan to the unexpired 3-year term of David Austin expiring in 1991. Jim Condos seconded. The motion passed unanimously. Executive Session Mike Flaherty moved to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters and contract negotiations. John Dinklage seconded. The motion passed unanimously. The Council left Executive Session. Jim Condos moved for adjournment. John Dinklage seconded. Their meeting adjourned at 11:05 PM.
