Hafter, City Manager CITY COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 21, 1990 Regular Session : IBIS Discussion Following the joint meeting with the Shelburne Selectmen the City Council went into regular session to deliberate on the IBIS stipulations. The Public Hearing was closed with no additional comments. The Council amended the stipulations to increase the size of the building envelopes but to keep them outside the designated view corridors. Bill Cimonetti asked Steve Stitzel if the zoning condition of requiring a public street when three houses were located with access to the street could be overcome. Steve said that a provision allows the requirement to be null when the Board found that it was in the public interest to do so. The Council agreed to amend the stipulation from allowing lot #1 to keep a curb cut on Spear Street until the road was brought up to City standards to requiring lots 1, 2, & 3 to access (with two curb cuts only) onto a private driveway in the Public ROW. The curb cut on lot #1 would be closed. The Council agreed to let the interim zoning permit on this property run for one year. Mike Flaherty moved to approve the stipulations as amended and to allow Paul Farrar to sign for the Council. Jim Condos seconded the motion passed unanimously. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mike Flaherty moved the Council enter executive session to discuss litigation. Jim Condos seconded. The motion passed unanimously. REGULAR SESSION John Dinklage moved adjournment.
