renovation, but we were told they could be combined to avoid additional fees.
Yes, we would like to build a deck over an existing stone patio. The image included should provide a view of our
complete plan (sunroom+deck) and we did double check that the clearance from the fenceline meets the town's
requirements.

mentions $5,300 for deck. The deck is not mentioned in the project description. Are you doing any sort of renovation
to the deck as well?
