Good Afternoon Terry and Ed,
Thank you for meeting with me last week to review the Park Road proposal. Per our discussion the attached Subdivision
Plan incorporates the following:
1) Revised turnarounds at the end of both Private Street ‘A’ and Private Street ‘B’;
2) Added “no parking” signs at the turnarounds and on the eastern side of Private Street ‘B’;
3) Revised street cross section to include gravel shoulder;
4) Attached hydrant flow computations demonstrating adequate fire flows at the hydrants. 1000 GPM at 20 PSI
(see page 4).
After reviewing the attached, please reply all confirming that you are ok with the proposed layout.

We ran our WB40 1990 on the plans you dropped off and do not see how we can get turned around
at the ends of these private roads. We can brain storm on Friday.

Good Morning Terry,
I’m writing on behalf of Tom Sheppard to request your review of the attached proposal located at 1170 & 1180 Dorset
Street. We had our Preliminary Plan hearing at the City on 3/15/22 and the board has requested your review of the
attached prior closing the Preliminary hearing.
The proposal is for 14 new units (7 duplexes), served by two (2) private roadways. Each roadway will include an 8”
extension of the municipal watermain terminating in a hydrant (2 total) as shown on the attached plan.
Please let me know a time that works for you to sit down and review the attached. I’m pretty open right now for next
week.
